In a world of immediacy, digested information and pasteurized imagery, many brands have come to exist as mere trends: they emerge with ready-made discourse and disappear before proving their worth. They promise much, deliver little. And in this haste, what is lost is precisely the most valuable: purpose, coherence and value.
What we see are brands attempting to occupy volatile spaces with automated solutions. Communication shaped by artificial intelligence, promises packaged in cosmetic identities, generic experiences masquerading as novelty. Yet people notice. And more than noticing, they feel it.
Because it is not only about what a brand says, but what it lives. When one does not correspond to the other, the brand slips into the void. Liquid, as Zygmunt Bauman once observed.
Pasteurization has taken over brand behavior. Everything is optimized, automated, replicable. Yet, in the attempt to reach more people, many brands have ended up becoming commodities of themselves. And it is precisely in this scenario that the human touch becomes a differentiator. The voice with an accent, the true look, the care for detail, the well-told story.
Data helps explain this movement. According to a 2025 national survey, 73% of Brazilians state that authenticity is decisive when choosing a brand. Globally, 81% affirm they only consume from those they trust. And trust cannot be bought, it is built. Through truth, presence, listening and delivery.
Artificial intelligence, when used with intention, can be a powerful ally. It amplifies messages, organizes ideas, translates data. Yet when it becomes a shortcut or a ready-made formula, it impoverishes expression and transforms creation into repetition.
In this age when everything seems urgent and artificial, what will stand out is what is crafted with calmness, consistency and intention. Brands that know who they are, live what they say and do not fear depth.
Because when everything around becomes noise, that which carries humanity sounds like poetry.
And poetry, when it is felt, remains.
